KubeWatch has two SaaS plans: Pro is built for growing teams, Enterprise covers scale and compliance. There's no separate free plan: every account starts with a full 30-day Enterprise trial instead, and you choose Pro or Enterprise before it ends. Self-hosting is a separate annual license, independent of these plans, see Self-Hosted Pricing below.

Logs and metrics retention isn't tied to your plan. Every account can set its own retention window (30, 90, or 180 days, or no limit) from Settings → Usage & Limits.
30-day trial
Every new account starts with a 30-day Enterprise trial automatically, and no credit card is required. You get full Enterprise-tier capabilities from day one. This applies to self-hosted installs too: a fresh install starts with the same 30-day Enterprise trial, no license key required to get going. If you haven't chosen Pro or Enterprise (or activated a self-hosted license) by the time the trial ends, the account is suspended rather than downgraded to a permanent free plan. Your data isn't deleted, and access resumes as soon as you upgrade. See the Trial FAQ for details.
Annual billing
Pro and Enterprise are available with annual billing, which discounts the monthly rate:

Enterprise
Enterprise builds on everything in Pro and adds AI Observability, Audit Trail, SSO/SAML, up to 200 agents on monthly billing (2,000 on annual, matching self-hosted Enterprise's ceiling) with unlimited users, and priority support backed by an SLA. Self-hosted pricing
Self-hosting is not a SaaS subscription, but it is an annual one: an install you run entirely on your own infrastructure, billed once a year, priced by how many agents you run rather than one flat price per tier. Every install starts with a full 30-day Enterprise trial (see 30-day trial above), no license key needed to get started.

Every update and security patch is included for the life of the subscription. Renewing at the end of the year charges the same price again and simply extends your existing key another year, nothing to re-activate. Self-hosted Pro and Enterprise grant the exact same feature set as their SaaS namesakes (see the plan comparison above): self-hosted Enterprise adds SSO/SAML, audit trail, AI Observability, incident management, interactive pod terminal, pod port forward, cluster write actions, and secrets/RBAC/CRD visibility on top of everything Pro includes.
